Introduction

Introduction

Nature-based solutions are critical in climate change adaptation as they have a role in flood prevention, carbon sequestration, temperature regulation, erosion prevention, and filtering pollutants from the air. The Dublin Local Authorities’ actions in this area include developing and implementing Tree Strategies, constructing new greenways, providing allotments, and protecting the Dublin Bay Biosphere.
